Individual Coaching

I believe that when you are clear on your goals and intentions, and you are committed to exploring new ways to manage your time and build new skill sets, anything is possible. We will work together to understand your current state and what challenges you are facing which are holding you back from being productive and effectively achieving your goals. 

My coaching services are flexible to each individual’s needs. I’m excited to learn more about you and your goals and develop a manageable plan to achieve them!

What does the coaching process look like?

• Free Discovery Call
  • We will learn more about what your challenges are and what you want to get out of coaching.
  • This is also an opportunity to learn more about each other. 
• Commitment
  • After our Discovery Call, we can decide if working together would be a good fit. 
• Bi-Weekly Virtual Meetings
  • We will meet every two weeks for 60 minutes. 
  • The sessions will be designed for your specific goals. 
• Follow-up Call
  • 1 60-minute virtual call 4 weeks after the last session
