As a Plant Manager and Operations Manager, I faced daily challenges, always shifting my priorities, and making it hard to accomplish my daily goals and tasks. As an Industrial Engineer, my purpose was to look for waste in processes and find the most efficient and profitable way to produce products. And as a project manager, I had to stay on top of task management for myself as well as other team members to meet milestones and deadlines. Through the years, I have learned to develop multiple strategies and tools that have helped me in being successful in all my roles.
